Kaya Villas & Townhouses is a new residential complex in the emirate of Sharjah. It resides in the Masaar neighborhood, where properties are nestled between green landscapes with cycling and running tracks, ideally suited for forest walks, picnics, and meditation. The residential project developer is Arada Properties, and the construction of the Kaya complex began in the second half of 2022. 

The first villas and townhouses within the development will complete by the end of 2023.
