Cherrywoods by Meraas Properties is a gated community located in Dubailand. The community has its own infrastructure with sports and leisure facilities, and offers three and four bedroom townhouses. Launched in January 2019, the development is scheduled for completion in by July 2021. The community is situated away from the bustling city, while still close to the top-class amenities of Dubailand. Townhouses in Cherrywoods have modern exterior design inspired by traditional Middle East architecture, and elegant interior with high-quality finishing made of natural materials. Each townhouse has two floors, an open-plan kitchen, spacious dining & living room. The total area of Cherrywoods townhouses varies from 2,233 to 2,634 sqft. Meraas Cherrywoods community in Dubai has supermarkets, daycare centers, a mosque, several schools and clinics, restaurants & cafes and a large landscaped park with jogging and cycling tracks. Dubailand’s central location gives access to the city’s four major highways: Emirates Road, Dubai Al Ain Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Lehbab Road. The district has no public transport yet but it will in the nearest future. For now, residents should rely on their own transport or a taxi service. From Cherrywoods it takes 25-35 minutes to get to Dubai DXB International Airport or to Al Maktoum DWC Airport. Most of the city’s popular leisure destinations are located within a 30-minute drive, including famous The Palm Jumeirah Island.
