Shamal Holding has revealed plans to develop a Baccarat Hotel and Residences in Downtown Dubai by 2026. The skyscraper, designed by Studio Libeskind and 1508 London, will have a glass facade and provide views of famous landmarks.
Additionally, it is managed by SH Hotels and Resorts. The hotel will feature 144 rooms and suites. The apartments will have 49 rooms and four restaurants and bars, with the project being a unique development in Dubai's luxury hospitality sector.

It is expected to be done by the second quarter of 2024. The Wasl Tower stands more than 300 meters tall.
According to the Wasl asset management firm, the structural work on the 56th floor of the Wasl Tower has been finished, and the façade has reached level 13 as of October 2022.
The Tower will have 64 storeys, including 229 residential units, 258 hotel rooms, 185,345 square feet of office space, and 11 parking levels. Furthermore, its innovative Z-axis design will generate the appearance of dynamic motion, giving the impression that the Tower is facing all directions.
