Venice 1 - DAMAC Lagoons

Following the tremendous success of its previous phases, DAMAC Lagoons has welcomed a new residential addition called Venice, which was launched back in Q2 2022. Inspired by enchanting canals and the narrow streets of Venice, this cluster offers an array of standalone 6-7 bedroom villas, with a BUA ranging from 4,066 sqft to 24,752 sqft.
