Eaton Place

Eaton Place is a new residential development in the JVC that features 1 & 2BR apartments for sale. The project is specifically designed to cater to the needs of this growing segment, so every detail associated with the project has been carefully implemented to make it the perfect home. There will be an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery at the centre of the development, and the grounds will offer residents all the traditional amenities - a fitness centre, gym and kids play area. Eaton Place comes on the heels of the successful completion of Ellington Properties' Belgravia development in JVC. The first phase of Belgravia (consisting of two phases) has sold out in record time, followed by a further 181 new flats in the second Belgravia 2 development, which is also currently on the market. Jumeirah Village Circle or simply JVC as the locals call it, is located in new Dubai and covers a relatively large area (560 hectares) in a very convenient location. Jumeirah Village Circle is a classic example of radial development (as its name implies), with a main square at its centre and the sprawling streets that branch off it into separate clusters of villas and townhouses. This location gives the community a cosy, almost homely atmosphere of a gated and secure cottage community. More than 1,000 apartment buildings, villas, townhouses in the JVC area have now either been completed or are in various stages of construction, and a further 183 residential, commercial and hotel complexes are in the project development stage. More than 300,000 people are expected to live there when the area is completed.
